Take bookings and sell products from a site that stays fast.

Appointments with deposits, a shop with real inventory, and Stripe checkout, built into your website through StatikBase, with one dashboard for all of it.

What the system does

The booking-and-commerce system lets a service business take paid appointments and sell products from its own website, without a heavyweight CMS or a stack of subscriptions. Availability is calculated from your hours, exceptions, and calendar; a booking places a hold, takes payment through Stripe, and confirms, with the appointment pushed to your calendar and a confirmation email sent. Products, variants, stock, and photos are managed in a dashboard; orders and refunds are handled in the same place.

Is this booking software?

It is a website with online booking built into it, not a booking app with a website bolted on. Standalone booking software (Vagaro, GlossGenius, Boulevard, Fresha, Square Appointments and the like) runs the calendar in its own system and gives you a widget or a link; the site and the booking never quite match, and every page that carries the widget gets slower. Here the calendar, deposits, and orders live in StatikBase behind your own site, styled like everything else, and the pages stay static and fast. If a standalone app is genuinely the right answer for you (a large team that lives in that app all day, or point-of-sale needs we don’t cover), we’ll say so, and can link or embed it. For most salons, med spas, and studios, the goal is to retire the subscription.

What’s included

  • Booking with deposits

Per-service pricing or deposits, hours and lunch breaks, exceptions, no-same-day rules, hold limits, bot protection, and calendar push/close.

  • Product catalog & shop

Products with variants and stock, photos through an image pipeline, shipping and pickup rates, discount codes when you want them.

  • Stripe checkout

Payments in your own Stripe account. Refunds and “they booked in the salon” outcomes from the dashboard.

  • One dashboard

  • Schema that sells

Products and services described in structured data bound to the live catalog: never stale, never invented.
