Design, systems, and search: one build, one team, one bill.

Every engagement is scoped from the same architecture: a fast static site, StatikBase for booking and orders where you need it, and search/AI readiness engineered in from the first commit.

Which one to start with

Start with the audit if you have a site and don’t know why it isn’t found, or what AI assistants say about you. It’s the cheapest way to get a specific list. Start with the website if the current one is a template, is slow, or can’t carry booking and a shop without embeds. Start with the system if booking with deposits, retail, or checkout is the point of the site. Start with the launch build if you have a date. Everything else (search, AI answers, the care plan) is engineered into whichever of those you choose, not sold on top.

How engagements are scoped

Every project starts with a one-hour discovery call and a written scope: pages, content model, booking and shop rules, integrations, search targets, launch date, and a fixed price. Nothing is billed hourly. Changes after sign-off are quoted before they happen.

Two things are non-negotiable in every build: the site is served as plain, fast HTML that people, Google, and AI systems can read without running scripts; and every claim, price, and hour on the site is true and traceable to a single source, so nothing drifts.
